HOW IT WORKS
Five Steps to Success

CONSULTATION
Let's chat! First things first, we want to hear about you, your goals, experience, where're your at currently, and most importantly, where you want to go.

ASSESSMENT
You will go through a body, movement, and work capacity assessment to establish your personal baseline.

TRAINING
All of sessions are done under the watchful and supportive eye of your coach amongst welcoming, like-minded individuals. Training can take place at Head 2 Toe or remotely.

LIFESTYLE
The gym is only 1 hour of your day, what happens in the other 23 hours? We'll look at how you eat and recover so you can build strength and muscle. You'll love to see your efforts in training show up in your everyday life with renewed energy and unshakeable self-confidence.

BUILD is a personalized fitness and nutrition coaching program designed to help you achieve your specific goals through one-on-one guidance and support from Coach Chryssie.

The program is ideal for individuals who need accountability, want to establish a consistent training routine, and desire to enjoy their fitness journey in a smaller, more intimate setting.
What does the program include?
The program includes personalized training sessions, body and movement assessments, nutrition coaching, and lifestyle guidance to help you build strength, improve conditioning, and enhance overall wellbeing.
What is the minimum commitment?
BUILD has a minimum 3 month commitment but many members stay for 6-12 months depending on their goals.
How is the program billed?
The program is billed monthly based on the number of sessions you sign up each week.
What is the cancelation/refund policy?
30 day notice to pause or cancel. No refunds. All sessions must be used within 6 weeks of purchase.
